Add On’s
Guests often remember the small touches as well as the main event itself. Photos, a trophy or company branded items can all bring back great memories of the event!We have put together a selection of typical ideas out of the many available; if there is anything you don’t see just give us a call and if we don’t have the information handy we will do our best to find it for you. Why not have:
- Digital Photos of the day (normally 100-200 on a souvenir CD, these can be shown at dinner on a giant screen, printed and framed on site or even put on a special web site for guests to access).
- Disposable Cameras for guests to take their own snaps.
- Event Video, the best moments of the day captured and edited to a VHS or DVD. This can be put to music and edited in time for showing at dinner!
- Champagne, instead of a bottle to share each guest can have a bottle or magnum to take away.
- Coloured T-shirts are especially popular in summer. Very visual, they are a great way of identifying teams and make a memorable keepsake afterwards. Other options to consider are hats and fleeces all of which can be branded to your company.
- Magnifying Glasses., branded with your company logo these high quality magnifying glasses make an excellent memento of the evening.
