Facilitation Option
The group will be accompanied by a facilitator who will have the responsibility for coaching teams through a process of observation and review. The facilitator will have extensive experience in both business and training environments. The day will begin with a short 'Theory and ‘What do I want to achieve?’ Discussion'. This takes place in a syndicate room with the facilitator and draws on relevance to the workplace to gain commitment from the delegates. During the day there will be time set aside for the team to review their performance with the facilitator and to come up with action points for the next part of the event.Event Review
This will be a chance for the team to summarise the lessons that they have learnt and how this will tie in with both the meeting and the workplace. We envisage that this would take approx. 30 minutes to keep the attention of the delegates although it is quite possible for this to run on if beneficial.- Typical issues that can be addressed are:
- Use of individual skills and strengths
- Idea generation & brainstorming
- Importance of clear communication
- Active listening
- Planning at different stages
- Clear goal setting
- Individual roles and responsibilities
- Flexibility and change management
- Time management
