I have had lots of compliments since then, and the marquee certainly was ideal. If it was a formal affair you'd need linings and proper chairs and tables, but for an informal party like this, what we had was just perfect. Thank you for your service. The guys who erected and took down the marquee were really pleasant and worked fast and efficiently. I'd be happy to recommend you and hopefully some who came to our "do" will think about you if they plan an event themselves.

The tent looked wonderful and I had so many compliments (so pretty with the soft frills, so WHITE ETC). The windows slid away very easily when the sun suddenly came out and began to beat down heavily. Also, the crew were nice and worked really hard. Talking of crew - they put it up in totally torrential rain and it's just started all over again - I really feel very sorry for them! The marquee looked lovely with the linen and the flowers. What can I say about those? There aren't enough superlatives! They were absolutely stunning and the house is still full of pretty white, green and fluffy feather arrangements as well as 3 grand pedestal arrangements looking rather too grand in their new positions but very handsome. The quality of the flowers, the arrangement of colours, Jodie and her assistant - every bit of the floral experience was fantastic. The feathers and the height of the cocktail glasses gave an almost dream-like quality to the tent. Several people took them home. And thanks to you, too, Margherita, it's been great dealing with you - so helpful over everything. When (not if, when!) we do it again, I shall contact you direct.

The event was a great success, from what you arranged for me the detailed feedback is as follows:
Snow machine - fantastic, it was windy so the 'flakes' spiralled up and around all over the exterior part of the function.
Themed lighting - Really good. Despite the nature of the room (very large oil paintings, deep red velvet curtains, etc) the lights really helped to make it feel right for the Narnia theme.
Reindeer Ice sculpture/luge - Great, very popular. Full instructions given on delivery, easy to follow.
Narnia Props - Very effective and each was a great point of interest during the evening.
I was very pleased with the support. Your lighting guy stands out for his help, as do you for dealing with my repeated changes. You were the only company (from 9) that actually sent me a collection of quotes at the very start, which is what clinched the deal for you. Thanks.

"My brief to Springboard Events was to help me organise our Quarterly Awards Conference's. This meant using their free venue finding service and assistance with conference design. Springboard Events started by negotiating a better 24 hour delegate rate with an existing preferred hotel, they were also able to show me that I had the best rate in the area by providing me with a full price comparison spreadsheet. They assisted me with the design and concept of running the awards conference, providing ideas, team build games and ice breakers for 50-60 delegates. Their assistance enabled me to have the time to concentrate on my presentation of the company's awards.
At our next awards conference they were able to upgrade our venue, delegate rate, accommodation and food at the same 24 hour delegate rate as our previous hotel with the addition of organising some themed items and a Hawaiian steel band. Our event was very successful and a good reward/morale builder (as planned) for all our staff.
