Hampton Court Palace State Apartments

From the majestic Tudor Great Hall, to George II's elegant Public Dining Room overlooking the stunning East Front Gardens; there is an ideal venue for your event within Hampton Court Palace. From 2009, we are able to offer a space designated to dancing for up to 200 people and so now, as well as receptions, dinners, small theatre and musical productions, we are also able to host parties and wedding receptions in rooms built for royalty and exceptional entertaining. The Palace is available for evening hire on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis and prices start from £4,650 + vat.

Banqueting House

Designed for cool and pleasant entertainments for the late Stuart court, the Banqueting House was decorated with mirrors carved by Grinling Gibbons; an elaborate luxury in those days. This wonderful venue is licenced for civil ceremonies and able to host magical and intimate dinners for up to 50 people. The Banqueting House is available for daytime of evening hire and prices start from £4,200 + vat.

Marquee Sites

A variety of outdoor marquees sites are available to hire on the grounds of Hampton Court Palace. Available sites range in size and surroundings, from the expansive Home Park to the quaintly walled Apprentice Garden. Hampton Court Palace gardens are an ideal summer location for large events. Marquee sites have also previously been used to stage large concerts and events such as the Hampton Court Flower Show. Site hire starts at £7,000 + vat.

The Garden Room

This beautiful and flexible space allows a variety of set-ups for conferences, team building and away days, with the Palace as the magnificent backdrop. The Garden Room is one of two event spaces within the Palace grounds able to host dancing and apart from the Little Banqueting House, the only space available during the day - so it is a popular space for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Other successful events have included exhibitions, charity balls, 25th wedding anniversaries and 40th birthday parties. The Garden Room is available for daytime or evening hire and prices start from £2,650 + vat.
